MAKING ROOM AND BOARD PAYMENTS

Your payment schedule is listed on the first page of your lease agreement. Please note that the first payment for the Fall Semester is due on July 1st. You may mail checks or money orders to our business office located on the first floor of University Towers at 111 Friendly Drive, Raleigh, NC 27607. We ask that you not send cash payments by mail, but we can accept cash in person at our business office on the property.

CREDIT CARD AND ELECTRONIC BANK DRAFT

If you prefer to pay by credit card or Automated Clearing House (electronic bank account payment) we now have an online payment system. To use the credit card or bank account option, simply click the “Pay Online Now ” button below and follow the instructions. The online payment option carries a convenience fee, which varies according to the type of payment and the amount. The convenience fees will be outlined in the payment process.
