For more than 50 years, Allen & O'Hara Education Services, INC has been involved in the development, construction, and management of successful commercial properties nationwide.

We specialize in student housing, both near-campus and off-campus. In fact, we have created many of the services, strategies, and designs found in the nation's most popular and profitable student residence halls and student apartments.

Over the years, we have managed 30 college residence halls with foodservice, 16 student-centered apartment communities, and 25 conventional apartment communities.
