Fall 09 - Spring 2010 -At this time we have a waitlist for Fall 2009-Spring 2010. However, we still encourage you to apply as we will continue to receive cancellations throughout the summer – unfortunately we cannot make any guarantees at this time, but should you not receive a space at University Towers for the fall, we will FULLY refund your $150 application fee upon your request to be removed from the waitlist. You may apply online or download the printable application. Our rates can can be found at the bottom of our printable application!

Parking - Parking is STILL AVAILABLE for the 2009-2010 school year for students with signed leases for University Towers. Parking is $800 for the year; or $450 if you choose to pay by semester.
